Chaco Plain
DESCRIPTION
There are around 5,000 hectares that comprise the Chancaní Provincial Park and Natural Forest Reserve. 265 kilometers from the city of Córdoba, in the department of Pocho. This natural refuge houses one of the most important remnants of the Chaco forest.
Among its landscapes, a large number of quebrachos, molles and carob trees stand out, where chattering lories and Ultramarine Grosbeak perch, and where Andean Condor, bluish and gray falcons fly overhead. On the land, on the other hand, there are species such as the puma, the wild cat and the collared peccary.
Exuberant and unique, the Quebrada de la Mermela joins the Camino de los Túneles, forming an unmissable combo to contemplate nature.
